Update & Thanks

Happy Independence Day!  So thankful to live in the land of the free and the home of the brave.

Here's a little adoption update.  I got a call from our home-study provider this past Friday saying all the changes/corrections had been made, and she would be mailing it to our social worker to sign.  That being said, we should have it in hand by the end of the week!  Then it's off to the post office we'll be to mail the I-600A form (Application for Advance Processing of Orphan Petition).

Again, we just want to say a huge thank you to everyone to came to the jewelry party and to those of you who ordered to help bring our little boy home.  Your friendship and generosity mean the world to us.  Also, to my friend Cherie, thank you so much for donating your proceeds from the party towards our adoption - what a wonderful, amazing gift.  The total will help pay the fees we need to send with the I-600A form - God is so good and faithful!  So do you guys want to know the total the party helped raise?
