11 months / 2 months

11 months since we officially started our adoption journey.  2 months officially on the waiting list.

I have things to blog about, but I just haven't felt much like it lately.  I hope you all forgive me.  There isn't really anything to report about our adoption right now.  We are just waiting for that referral call; a call that most likely won't be coming for a while.  There just isn't a lot of movement right now, which is slightly discouraging, but I am very thankful to know that things are being done completely ethically and with the best interests of those sweet kiddos in mind.  I know that our son is more than worth all the waiting we're currently enduring, and through it all, our God is sovereign and in control.

So until then, we'll continue to pray and prepare for our little guy, be joyful that he's on the way, and enjoy and really be in the moments that we're currently living.  We have a lot to be thankful for.
